Terms of Service

Metaflow is a social media management service that lets you connect your Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, generate content with AI, schedule and auto-publish content on a calendar, and manage your messages. We reserve the right to change, add or remove features of the service with prior notice.

• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, up to date and complete.
• You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• You must meet the applicable age and legal capacity requirements to use the service.

When using the service, you agree not to do the following:

• Violate the terms of use, community guidelines or platform policies of the connected platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Generate or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
• Engage in spam, automated abuse, phishing or unauthorized data collection activities.
• Damage the service’s infrastructure, reverse engineer it, or attempt to circumvent its security measures.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you send to connected platforms complies with the relevant platform policies.

• Paid plans are subscription-based and payments are processed through Stripe. Your card details are not stored by us.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of the current period until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• The AI credits included in your plan are valid for the relevant period and renew according to your plan’s terms.
• Refund conditions are subject to applicable consumer law and our refund policy: [refund policy — to be clarified with counsel approval].

All content you create, upload, or generate using our AI tools — including text, captions, images, video, and voiceovers — belongs to you. You grant us a necessary and limited license to process your content within the scope of the service (to store, generate and publish it on your behalf).

The Metaflow brand, software, design and all intellectual property rights related to the service belong to us or our licensors; these rights are not transferred to you under these terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We have limited control over the availability and policies of connected third-party platforms, or the accuracy of AI outputs, and we make no warranties for these. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these terms, abuse or a legal obligation. After termination, your data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to any statutory retention obligations.

We may update these terms from time to time; for significant changes, we will notify you appropriately. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
